“Jeremy is practical, not political.”
A Forest Hills Parent
Jeremy Ward and his wife Nicole are parents to two children who attend Forest Hills schools. They moved to Forest Hills in 2006, and both are entering their 23rd year working in Public Education. Over the years, Jeremy has volunteered for the Maddux PTO for VIP Night and for Elementary Olympic Day at Anderson High School, has coached youth softball in the Anderson Fastpitch league, and can be found ubering their daughters around to musical rehearsals and student council meetings as well.
A Teacher
Jeremy graduated from Ohio University in 2003, and has taught high school science in Milford (2003-2007) and in Loveland (2007-current). He earned a Masters in Education in 2010. Over the years Jeremy has taught everything from Biology to Chemistry, however spends most of his time teaching Physics, including an elective class called Project Physics that is project based and focuses on hands-on experience. Jeremy is also a teacher’s union representative in his building. This experience inside schools should be helpful to our school board as we work to make our schools as strong as possible for our community.
